EAF CSP流程铌微合金钢混晶的分析及控制

摘    要:基于传统流程的铌微合金化技术,结合EAF CSP流程的工艺特点,通过光学显微镜分析、化学相分析及热模拟实验研究等方法,分析了EAF CSP流程铌微合金钢混晶组织的形成原因。根据以上研究,调整了EAF CSP流程各生产工艺控制,成功解决铌微合金钢的混晶问题。

Abstract:Based on Nb microalloying technology established in the traditional process, combining with process characteristics in EAF-CSP, this article has analyzed the main reason of mix-grain microstructure phenomena in Nb microalloyed steel produced in EAF-CSP through optical microscope analysis,chemical phase analysis and hot-deformation simulation test etc methods. According to these preceding studies, GISE has adjusted each producing process, and succeed in eliminating mix-grain phenomena in Nb microalloyed strip.
