| 摘 要： | 测定了30种中药水提物对大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌的抑制活性。结果显示，药液浓度为500mg／mL时,黄芩、白芍、金银花、虎杖对大肠杆菌有抑制作用；黄芩、白芍、金银花、虎杖、杜仲、白头翁对枯草杆菌有抑制作用。进一步研究表明，测定的30种中药中黄芩的体外抗菌活性最高．抑制大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌的MIC均为20mg／mL。

| Abstract: | The in vitro antimicrobial activities of the water extracts from 30 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines were tested. It shows that Radix Scutellariae, Radix Paenoiae Alba, Flos Lonicerae and Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati inhibit Escherichia coli. Radix Scutellariae, Radix Paenoiae Alba, Flos Lonicerae, Rhizorna Polygoni Cuspidati, Bark Eucommiae and Radix Pulsatillae inhibit Bacillus subtilis at the concentration of 500 mg/mL. Among them, the in vitro antimicrobial activity of Radix Scutellariae is the highest, with an average MIC of 20 mg/mL on E. coli and B. subtilis. |
