摘    要:提出了利用亚微米光棚制作光导板的方法,用严格耦合波理论博分析了亚微米光栅从光密介质到光疏介质的1级透射衍射效率与光栅槽深的关系,讨论在满足基底全反射条件的入射角下,对应于红、绿、蓝(红光700mn,绿光555nm,蓝光465nm)三色光的亚微米光栅(0.651μm、0.516μm、0.433μm)在导波条件下的光场衍射特性,并用实验证明在导波条件下1级衍射效率与光栅槽深关系的可靠性,给出亚微米光栅型光导板的初始结构,进行误差分析.

Abstract:A new type of light guide plate with sub-micron gratings is proposed.By using rigorous coupled-wave theory,the relationship between the first order transmission efficiency and the depth of grooves is analyzed when lights transmit from sub-micron gratings' optically denser medium to optically thinner medium.The character of transmission field using red light(700mn),blue light(555nm),and green light(465nm) with incidence angle under total internal reflection condition is discussed.The relationship curve of the first order transmission efficiency versus depths of grooves is proved experimentally.Finally,the initial structure of light guide plate with sub-micron gratings is given and the error is analyzed.
