摘    要:本文采用ANSYS/LS—DYNA显式块单元,映射网格划分实体模型,同时也使用了一些有效的加载和处理边界条件的方法,从实际出发建立力学模型对筒形件强力旋压进行弹塑性有限元模拟,分析不同旋轮结构参数对旋压过程中应力应变的影响,对实际生产中优化工艺参数,提高产品质量提供了有力的依据。

Abstract:ANSYS/LS-DYNA display block elements are adopted and mapping grid division model is done by that in this paper,at the some time some ways of effective loading and treating boundary condition is used and mathematics model was build to do elastic-plastic finite element simulation to powerful spinning on tube parts. The effect of different gear wheel parameters to stress and strain under spinning process was analyzed. It's provided that optimized process parameters and improved products quality.
