数值计算在风冷式冷渣器中的应用

摘    要:为了考察数值计算对风冷式冷渣器的预测能力,检查设备性能和保证设备运行的可靠性及为以后的设计及改型提供依据,数值模拟了用于煤粉炉炉渣冷却的风冷式冷渣器,并对此设备运行中的几个参数进行了测试。计算中选用RNGk-ε湍流模型,计算几何尺寸参照干渣机的实际尺寸,网格为非结构化网格,进口边界条件按照实验测定的值给定。结果表明,数值计算与测试结果相符,说明数值计算对此类设备的设计和改进有一定指导意义。此设备仅用空气冷却炉渣,起到了节水的作用,同时有效地利用了炉渣的余热。此设备在高负荷下不能满足排渣温度要求,需要对设备进一步改进。

Abstract:In order to examine the forecast ability of numerical calculation for cooling slag equipment, check equipment performance, ensure machine operating reliability and provide references for further design and modification, the cooling slag equipment used in pulverized-fuel boiler was simulated by numerical calculation, and several running parameters were tested. The RNG k-ε turbulence model was used. Geometry dimensions of calculation refer to real dimensions of the slag equipment. An unstructured mesh was adopted, and boundary conditions of the entrance were given according to experiment values. It has been shown that the result of numerical calculation accords with testing results, the numerical calculation has some significance to this equipment's design and improvement. Since the equipment cools slag by air, water can be saved and the waste heat of slag is utilized. This equipment cannot satisfy the temperature requirements of slag under the heavy burden condition. This equipment needs to be improved.
