| 摘 要： | 活性金属钎焊是陶瓷／金属（陶瓷／陶瓷）接合的一种重要方法。本文综述了近年来活性钎焊及其界面行为研究的现状和进展。有关活性钎焊虽已开展了广泛的研究，但尚有许多基本问题需要深入解决。
