C6脑胶质瘤动物模型的研究进展

脑胶质瘤是一类常见的颅内脑肿瘤,占颅内原发性肿瘤一半;其在中枢神经脑肿瘤中发病率最高,是威胁人类健康的主要恶性肿瘤之一。因此建立起脑胶质瘤模型对其研究治疗都起着重要的作用,而脑胶质瘤患者临床免疫治疗方案的确定均基于动物实验的有效性,而实验动物模型的选择是保证实验结果的可靠性基础环节。其中C6脑胶质瘤模型在国内外研究中广泛使用。本文将目前建立的C6脑胶质瘤模型予以综述。

The Progress of Investigation of Animal Models of C6 Glioma

Brain glioma was a type of common intracranial brain tumor, accounting for a half of intraeranial primary tumors. Brain glioma had the highest incidence in central nervous brain tumors, thus it was one of the major malignant tumors threatenning human health. The choice of experimental animal models was a basic chain to ensure the reliability of the experimental results. And only if the validity of animal experiments was affirmed, the clinical immunotherapy programs for the patients can be determined. Therefore, the establishment of brain glioma models was both important to the reserch and therapy. The C6 glioma model was widely used in domestic and international reserches of all the models. The currently established C6 glioma models were presented.
