氧化铝全瓷冠用烤瓷粉的制备及表征

摘    要:制备能与氧化铝全瓷冠匹配的烤瓷粉,考察氧化铝陶瓷与自制烤瓷粉之间的热匹配性,研究CeO_2及镨黄含量对全瓷修复体颜色的影响规律.烤瓷粉由SiO_2、Al_2O_3、B_2O_3、K_2O、Na_2O、ZrO_2、CaO等氧化物1500 ℃熔融后冷淬、粉碎、过筛得到.应用XRD进行晶相分析,测量其热膨胀系数,并通过抗热震性实验评价其界面结合性能.此外,制备了一系列不同CeO_2及镨黄含量的样品,使用Vita Easy-shade电脑比色仪测量其L~*、a~*、b~*值,并与Vita System 3D-Master比色板比较.结果表明,烧结后的烤瓷粉微观结构显示为微晶玻璃,热膨胀系数为7.2×10~(-6) K~(-1).烤瓷粉与氧化铝陶瓷的热匹配性较好,抗热震性温度达到240 ℃.随着CeO_2及镨黄含量的增加,样品的L~*值逐渐降低,a~*和b~*值逐渐升高,且镨黄含量对样品b~*的影响更为显著.实验表明自制烤瓷粉与氧化铝陶瓷的热匹配性良好,并可通过调节CeO_2及镨黄含量改变修复体的颜色.

Abstract:The process of preparation for dental veneer porcelain was that: melting SiO_2, Al_2O_3, B_2O_3, K_2O, Na_2O, ZrO_2 and CaO at 1500℃ and then quenching into water, smashing and sifting into veneer porcelain powder. The microstructure was studied by XRD, the thermal expansion ratio of veneer porcelain was investigated and thermal shock test was applied to observe bond properties. Besides, veneer porcelain samples with different CeO_2 and Zr-Pr Yellow contents were made, and the L~*, a~* and b~* were measured by Vita Easyshade. The sintered veneer porcelain was glass-ceramics in microstructure, the thermal expansion ratio of veneer porcelain was 7.2×10~(-6) K~(-1). The temperature of thermal shock resistance was 240 ℃, showing good thermal compatibility. With the content of CeO_2 and Zr-Pr Yellow in veneer porcelain increasing, the value of L~* gradually reduced and the values of a~* and b~* increased, and Zr-Pr Yellow showed greater influence on b~* compared with CeO_2. The self-made veneer porcelain has good thermal compatibility with alumina ceramics and the color can be changed by CeO_2 and Zr-Pr Yellow content.
