重庆市主城区综合交通规划编制特色与创新

重庆当前正面临城市地位大幅提升、城市空间格局调整、大型交通设施建设提速、城市交通问题突出等重大机遇与挑战,其城市交通发展处在了历史的十字路口,当前的交通规划建设将对未来交通格局起到关键作用。2011年编制完成的第3版"综合交通规划"结合重庆城乡总体规划修改工作同步进行,提出了适合现阶段重庆发展交通的建设思路,形成了对外和内部两个层面的交通规划方案。该文将对此次综合交通规划的核心内容进行简要阐述,总结规划编制的特点与创新之处。

Features and Innovation of the Comprehensive Traffic Planning of the Major Urban Districts in Chongqing

Faced with the key opportunities and challenges like status promotion, space pattern adjustment, speedy traffic facility construction and serious traffic problems, Chongqing puts its traffic development at a turning point and future traffic condition will be greatly determined by nowadays traffic planning and construction. Combined with Chongqing Overall Urban and Rural Planning, the third edition of Comprehensive Traffic Planning completed in 2011 is being amended, presenting the traffic construction idea suitable for nowadays Chongqing and working out two traffic planning strategies, one in external level and the other in internal. The core parts of the comprehensive traffic planning are briefly elaborated with features and innovation of the planning summarized.
