摘    要:结合山西中正房地产公司开发的一期工程中正花园住宅楼的实例,介绍了外悬挑式工字钢脚手架的构造要求、材料选择、施工工艺等内容,指出应用该脚手架,可以缩短工期、提高安全性、降低工程成本且施工方便,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Combined with the first-stage construction of Zhongzheng real estate company the construction requirements, material selection as well as construction technology of suspending scaffold are introduced. Author points out that the application of this scaffold reduces the cost and limit time, which is convenient and ensures construction safety.
