非线性几何框架模型在电动汽车车身正向设计中的应用

摘    要:传统汽车车身正向设计流程中构建概念简化模型时精度较低,无法良好反映详细设计阶段中梁截面单元的复杂实际问题。为提高汽车车身正向设计的准确性并探索电动汽车车身正向设计的开发流程,提出了一种采用非线性几何框架及复杂梁截面单元来逼近车身造型的概念简化模型构建新方法。将所提方法应用于电动汽车车身正向设计,进一步完成概念设计、分析预测、详细设计与分析以及样车试验阶段的测试与分析,并提出了概念简化模型的合理性评估依据。研究结果表明:概念简化模型的静/动态性能指标误差均小于25%,所提概念简化模型构建方法能在电动汽车车身正向设计中得到很好的应用,并能合理预测后期详细设计及样车的整体性能。

Abstract:In view of the low precision of the concept simplified model in the forward design processes for traditional vehicle bodies, which might not reflect the complex and practical problems of the beam section elements in the detailed design stages. In order to improve the accuracy of vehicle forward design and explore the development processes of the forward design for electric vehicle bodies, a new method of establishing conceptual simplified model was proposed, which adopted nonlinear geometric frames and complex beam section elements to approximate vehicle body modeling. The proposed method was applied to the forward design of electric vehicle bodies, further the concept design, analysis and prediction, detailed design and analysis as well as the tests and analyses of sample vehicle test stages, and a rationality evaluation basis of the conceptual simplified model was put forward. The research results show that the static and dynamic performance index errors of the conceptual simplified model are less than 25%. The proposed method of establishing conceptual simplified model may be well applied in the forward design for electric vehicle bodies, and may reasonably predict the later detailed design and the overall performances of the prototype.
