摘    要:煤炭生产对生态环境的影响以及生态矿区建设的提出促使人们探索新的煤炭工业发展模式,矿区生态工业园是一种新的探索,也是实现煤炭工业可持续发展的道路之一。本文分析了生态工业园的背景及发展过程,并全面系统地论述了其国内外发展情况及研究方法。从煤炭工业生产角度辨析了当前我国在矿区生态工业园建设发展过程中存在的问题。分析结果表明:当前出现的问题核心在于科学技术的发展难以满足建设发展的需要,科学技术的发展是园区建设的重点,呈现出产业类型和范围不断增加、园区建设标准化和评价体系多元化的趋势,并基于PDCA循环管理思想对其发展趋势提出建议和展望。

Abstract:The impact of coal production on the ecological environment and the construction of ecological mining areas have prompted people to explore new coal industry development models. The development of mining area ecological industrial parks is the only way to achieve sustainable development of the coal industry. The background and development process of the eco-industrial park were analyzed, and its domestic and international development and research methods were systematically and systematically discussed. From the perspective of coal industry production, the problems existing in the construction and development of mining industrial parks in China are analyzed. The analysis results show that the core problem is which the development of science and technology is difficult to meet the needs of construction and development. The development of science and technology has made the focus of the park construction.The trends is that development of the industry type and scope, the standardization of the park construction and the diversification of the evaluation system.Based on PDCA cycle management ideas, put forward some suggestions and prospects for its development trend.
