摘    要:本论文基于铁矿极硬岩石条件,对反井钻机钻具在扩孔工况下的受力进行简化,研究钻具在扩孔工况下的受力,充分考虑钻头振动荷载、钻具与岩层相互作用、偶然荷载等因素对钻具受力造成的影响,得出扩孔状态下钻杆受到的拉力、扭矩公式。通过分析岩石条件,获取岩石抗压强度,将钻杆所受扩孔拉力、扭矩的计算公式应用在反井工程中取得良好的结果,工程实践表明,研究成果对计算处于极硬岩石下扩孔工况钻杆的扩孔拉力、扭矩具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Simplified the force state of drilling tool in raise boring machine under reaming process which is based on extremely hard rock in iron mine. Study on force in drilling tool under reaming process must take into account many factors and obtained the pulling force and torque force formula of drilling tool. The factors not only include vibration load of ream bit and occasional load, but also interaction between drilling tool and rock stratum. It is proved to achieve good results that the application of the pulling force and torque force formula which based on the analysis of rock compressive strength. The engineering practice application shows that research results is worth learning and promoting when study on pulling and torque force in drilling tool under reaming process.
