摘    要:针对绿色制造背景下产品加工工艺规划方案评估中的不确定性和不相容性问题,提出了一种基于可拓分析和D-S理论的产品加工工艺规划方案评估方法。根据可拓分析理论,建立了产品加工工艺规划方案评估问题的经典域物元矩阵、节域物元矩阵和待评物元矩阵,并求得了待评物元矩阵的关联函数矩阵;经过转换处理后,建立了D-S理论的辨别框架,将拓展分析中的关联函数矩阵扩展为D-S理论中的基本概率指派(BPA)函数矩阵;采用综合考虑对比强度和冲突性的CRITIC法计算各特征的重要度,并对证据进行融合,根据融合后的BPA函数值对待评工艺规划方案进行分析比较,最后得到了多个工艺规划方案的分级结果以及同级方案的排序关系。通过某型号汽车后门框加工工艺规划方案评估的实例应用,验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:In view of the uncertainty and incompatibility in the product process planning scheme evaluation under the background of green manufacturing, an evaluation method of product process planning scheme was proposed based on extension analysis and D-S theory. According to the extension analysis theory, the classical domain matter element matrix, the joint domain matter element matrix and the matter element matrix to be evaluated of product process planning scheme evaluation problem were established, and the correlation function matrix of the matter element matrix to be evaluated was obtained. The identification framework of D-S theory was established after conversion processing and the correlation function matrix in extension analysis was extended to the basic probability assignment(BPA) function matrix in D-S theory. The CRITIC method, which combined the contrast strength and conflict, was used to calculate the importance degree of each feature. The evidences were fused considering the feature importance degree. According to the BPA function values after fusion, the process planning schemes were analyzed and compared. Finally, the classification results of multiple process planning schemes and the ranking relations of the same level schemes were obtained. The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by an example of an automobile rear door frame process planning scheme evaluation.
