摘    要:建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定畜肉及内脏中异丙嗪残留量的定量检测方法。首先通过甲酸-乙腈进行试样提取,然后经HLB离子交换萃取小柱净化,最后采用多反应监测模式进行定量分析。结果表明:本方法在0.5~50 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数大于0.999,检出限和定量限分别为0.1 μg/kg和0.3 μg/kg;基质添加回收范围在85.7%~102.0%之间,相对标准偏差在0.9%~7.4%之间(n=6)。该方法前处理简单、快速,可用于畜肉和内脏中异丙嗪的定量测定。

Abstract:In this research, an analytical method for the determination of promethazine residues in livestock meat and viscera by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) was established. Samples were extracted with formic acid-acetonitrile, and then the extract was purified on an HLB ion exchange extraction column before being quantitatively analyzed by using multi-reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. The results showed that the method had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.5–50 ng/mL with a correlation coefficient of greater than 0.999. The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantitation (LOQ) were 0.1 and 0.3 μg/kg, respectively. The recoveries from spiked samples were 85.7%–102.0%, and the relative standard deviations for precision were 0.9%–7.4% (n = 6). This method is simple and rapid, and can be used for the determination of promethazine in animal-derived foods.
