城区型废弃矿区地下空间开发策略研究

摘    要:资源枯竭型城市的转型是亟待解决的问题。矿区采掘过程中形成的废弃地下空间给矿区甚至资源枯竭型城市的生态转型带来许多问题,但同时也带来了转型的契机。资源枯竭型城市与矿区需要协同发展,其中与城区型矿区的关系更为密切。因此,如何在"矿城"协同生态转型的基础上,实现城区型废弃矿区地下空间的开发利用是本文的研究重点。本文立足于城市发展的视角,将废弃矿区置于城市整体格局的层面,提出"矿城"协同转型是矿区地下空间开发的潜在模式,并依据区位因素对地下空间开发模式的限制,系统化地提出了城区型矿区地下空间二次利用的三种策略。

Abstract:The transition of resource-exhausted city (REC) has been a worldwide problem. The abandoned underground space formed in the mining process has brought a series of problems to the ecological transformation of the mining area and even the resource-exhausted city, at the same time, it also brings opportunities for transformation. Resource exhausted cities and mining areas need synergistic development, and the relationship with urban type mining areas is more close. Therefore, it is the first problem of this paper to realize the redevelopment and utilization of underground space in urban abandoned mining areas on the basis of ensuring the Synergy ecological transformation of "mining city". Basing on the city development perspective, this paper searches the overall pattern of the abandoned mining area in the city level, puts forward the "mine city" cooperative transformation is a potential model of mining area of underground space development, and refers to the location factors on the mode of underground space development, systematically puts forward the urban underground space mining area two times using by conducting three kinds of tactics.
