超滤法去除铀矿山碱性浸出液有机质的试验研究

摘    要:铀矿山采用CO2+O2原地浸出过程中,碱性浸出液中的有机质会使离子交换树脂污染和板结,降低树脂处理效率,影响后续操作步骤。经过去除有机质方法筛选,选择超滤法作为去除内蒙古某铀矿山浸出液中有机质的处理方法。利用超滤装置对浸出液中的有机质进行了去除试验,并与未处理过程进行了对比。试验结果表明,超滤装置能够降低袋滤原液的化学需氧量(COD)和总有机碳(TOC)含量,有效去除浸出液中的有机质,减少树脂的污染。经过5次吸附淋洗循环之后,树脂床层未出现板结和流量降低,超滤处理提高了吸附操作的连续性和稳定性。后续可对超滤设备的运行条件和周期开展更多的试验工作。

Abstract:Organic matters in alkaline uranium leaching solution during CO2 O2 in-situ leaching process will make ion-exchange resins polluted and resin beds hardened, which will decrease the treatment efficiency and influence the followed procedure negatively. Ultrafiltration is chosen to deal with the organic matters in leaching liquor in a uranium mine in Inner Mongolia after investigation. Experimental study is carried out to remove the organic matters from leaching solution with an ultrafiltration device and the test results are compared with the original process. The organic matters can be removed efficiently with ultrafiltration by reducing the COD and DOC value of the solution, resin pollution and bed hardening can be weakened. After 5 times of adsorption-elution process, no hardening occurs in the resin bed and flowrate keeps stable, which means resin adsorption keeping stable and continuous. Further study on operation conditions and life time of the device is required.
