摘    要:为了解决近断层大断面巷道的支护难题,针对山西晋城赵庄矿近断层大断面巷道53121巷在掘进期间发生顶板剧烈下沉、两帮非对称变形和支护结构失效的现象,通过现场调研和数值模拟,分析近断层大断面巷道变形破坏的特征和原因。结果表明,断层面剪切滑移破坏、围岩松软破碎、支护结构针对性差是造成大断面巷道变形破坏的原因。利用非对称支护原理,提出该巷道围岩的控制技术,即顶板采用全锚索支护方式控制大断面巷道顶板下沉,两帮采用锚杆+锚索非对称支护技术控制大断面巷道两帮非对称变形,促使支护结构均匀承载,从而控制巷道围岩变形。工程实践表明,采用新支护方案后,围岩变形得到有效控制,巷道稳定性大幅提高。

Abstract:In order to solve the support problem of large cross-section roadway near fault. Aiming at the phenomena of severe roof subsidence, asymmetric deformation of two sides and failure of supporting structure in 53121 roadway of Zhaozhuang Coal Mine near fault, Jincheng, Shanxi Province, the characteristics and causes of deformation and failure of roadway near fault are analyzed through field investigation and numerical simulation. The results show that shear slip failure of fault plane, soft and fractured surrounding rock and poor pertinence of support structure are the causes of deformation and failure of large cross-section roadway. Based on the principle of asymmetric support, the control technology of surrounding rock of this roadway is put forward, that is, the roof of large cross-section roadway is controlled by full anchor cable support, and the asymmetric support technology of bolt and cable is used to control the asymmetric deformation of two sides of large cross-section roadway, so as to promote the uniform bearing of support structure and control the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway. Engineering practice shows that the deformation of surrounding rock is effectively controlled and the stability of roadway is greatly improved after the new support scheme is adopted.
