钢筋混凝土轴压短柱包裹纤维材料后的承载性能研究

摘    要:高强纤维材料在混凝土结构加固工程中已被广泛应用,其中利用约束混凝土原理,在柱环向缠绕纤维材料构成增强纤维塑料外壳后,能有效地改善原混凝土柱的承载性能,提高强度,增大延性。通过对钢筋混凝土圆形,矩形,椭圆形等截面短柱经不同高强纤维包裹后的22个轴心受压试件的试验研究,证实了柱截面形状对约束效果有很明显影响,文章讨论了纤维约束混凝土的工作机理,破坏过程,破坏性质,压溃荷载的计算方法,并对承载力等设计指标的取值提出了看法。

Abstract:High-strength fiber have been widely used in reinforced construct ions,and the wrapped fibers can efficiently improve the strength and ductility of column when they form into fiber-reinforced plastic(FRP)shells.The exper imental studies on22concrete columns wrapped with different types of high-st rength fibers in different sections under axial compression,indicate that the cross-section of strengthened column has greatly re-inforced load-carrying c apacity,and the change from a rectangular section into an elliptical section wi th mortar can make better use of the tensile capacity of FRP.The test results a lso proved that the same mechanic behavior the short columns can be achieved by using different linear elastic fiber as the wrapping material.
