芳纶1313纤维技术现状与进展

摘    要:芳纶1313纤维具有优异的耐高温和阻燃性能、良好的可纺性和尺寸稳定性、较好的机械性能,是目前技术比较成熟,使用最为广泛的本质阻燃纤维。文章介绍了芳纶1313纤维的研发概况,综述了芳纶1313纤维的结构、性能特点,叙述了间位芳族浆酰胺的聚合和纤维制备方法及改性技术进展。

Abstract:Aramid fiber 1313 has excellent heat-resistant and fire-retardant performance, good spinning property and dimensional stability and preferable mechanical property. It is the most widely-used inherent fire-retardant fiber made with proven technology. The article first introduces the R & D progress of aramid fiber 1313, then makes an overview on the structure and performance of the fiber and finally discusses the development in polymerization of meta-aramid, the fiber-making methods and related modification technology.
