PAN湿法纺丝中凝固成纤过程的研究进展

摘    要:综述了PAN湿法纺丝中的凝固成纤过程的研究进展,主要介绍了成纤过程中溶剂与沉淀剂的双扩散的理论研究情况,讨论了凝固浴条件包括凝固浴温度、浓度及纺丝原液的固含量对双扩散及纤维结构与性能的影响,对PAN原丝及其碳纤维的发展与应用作了简单介绍.

Abstract:The research progress in coagulation process of PAN protofiber in wet-spinning is reviewed. The theory research of diffusion process is introduced. The effect of spinning conditions, including the bath temperature, bath concentration and the solid content in dope, on structure and properties of protofiber is described. The progress and application of PAN fiber and PAN-based carbon fiber are presented.
