基于模糊自适应PID的锅炉汽包水位控制

摘    要:针对工业锅炉汽包水位的反向特性,设计了一种基于模糊自适应PID控制策略的锅炉汽包水位的三冲量控制系统,该控制系统内环可以快速消除通道的给水扰动,外环能克服蒸汽流量变化产生的扰动。理论分析和仿真结果都表明,此方案对解决锅炉汽包水位的内外扰动具有显著效果,且有快速的适应性和较强的鲁棒性。

Abstract:Considering the reverse characteristics of water level of industrial boiler drum, a three impulses control system of water level of boiler drum based on fuzzy self-adaptive PID control strategy is designed, the inner loop is used to rapidly overcome water supplying disturbance of control path and the outer loop is used to attenuate the disturbance because of changing of steam flow rate in the control system. Both theoretical analysis and simulation results show that significant control performance is acquired in eliminating the internal and external disturbance. Futhermore, the scheme is adaptable and robust to the parameters’ variation and uncertainties.
