摘    要:采用双环戊二烯与水共沸汽化法进行了双环戊二烯气相解聚的实验研究。考察了解聚温度、停留时间、原料组成等因素对解聚过程的影响。实验过程中反应器未出现堵塞现象,表明该方法大大减少了汽化器与反应器结焦的可能性。利用该工艺条件,连续运转500h,产品解聚率达97%以上,纯度在98%以上,在320~350℃时没有结焦现象产生。

Abstract:Vapor-phase depolymerization of dicyetopentadiene by azeotrope with water was studied. The effects of depolvmerization temperature, residence time and composition of feed on the process were studied. No coking appeared in the reactor during the experiment, which showed that this method could reduse the coking of reactor. 500 hours continuous operation showed that the new process could remain conversion of dicyclopentadiene over 97% and purity of product over 98% without any coke under the condition of 320-350 ℃.
