沥青路面半刚性基层快速修复材料研究

摘    要:采用快凝快硬硫铝酸盐水泥和特种添加剂研制出沥青路面半刚性基层混凝土修复材料.研究结果表明:该材料在30 min左右凝结硬化,4~5 h左右抗折强度达1.0 MPa以上、抗压强度达10 MPa以上;该材料与老的沥青路面半刚性基层材料粘结良好,并具有一定的微膨胀性能;该材料在试验路修复施工中可满足沥青路面半刚性基层快速修复的要求.

Abstract:Concrete repairing material for semirigid base of high-grade asphalt road with heavy traffic was prepared by use of rapid-setting and rapid-hardening surphoaluminate cement and special additives. The test results show that it can set and harden after about 30min, and within 4-5 h, its flexural and compressive strength can reach more than 1.0 MPa and 10 MPa respectively. The bond between the material and the old semirigid base is quite high. The material can expand a little during its hardening process. The in-site rapid-repairing of semirigid base with the material achieves a success, which means the material can meet the needs of rapid-repairing of semirigid base.
