低压塔式容器耐压试验方法探讨

摘    要:分析了在用压力容器中塔式容器在耐压试验前的筒体应力校核方法,推导出液压试验时液柱高度的估算公式Hs=λPc,据此可确定符合实际的试验压力。为在用设计压力较低而容器较高的塔式容器的液压试验提供了可行性,计算结果可为在用低压塔式容器耐压试验提供计算依据,从而保证其安全运行的可靠性。

Abstract:Method for verification of the barrel stress of the tower container in pressure vessel before voltage resistance test is analyzed. Estimating formula for the liquid - column height during the hydraulic test is deduced as Hs =λPc. Based on these analyses, the actual test pressure can be determined, the feasibility of the hydraulic test of the tower vessel with lower pressure and taller vessel are provided. In this way the safe operation is insured.
