| Abstract: | Based upon analysis of the background of national macro-control of real estate industry residence of small and medium dwelling unit type is introduced,which will be principal house type in the future.Precise design is primary principle of residence of small and medium dwelling unit type.Meanwhile,related design standards are introduced in order to realize transition of residence from times focus on quantity to quality. |
