中间储仓式球磨机制粉系统自动控制策略及实践

摘    要:结合闵行电厂13号机组制粉系统的自动控制及程控启停,对制粉系统的相关控制问题进行了分析,并根据被控过程的具体特点,基于实际运行经验,提出了实用的智能控制策略。实际应用表明,提出的控制策略提高了制粉系统的可靠性和经济性,明显改善了系统的运行品质。

Abstract:In connection with automatic control and program controlled start and stoppoge of the pulverizing system of Minhang Power Plant's set No.13, relevant problems concerning the system have been studied, and, based on the specific features of the process to be controlled, as well as on operational experience gained, a practical intelligence control strategy is being proposed. Actual application shows that the proposed strategy rainses the reliability and economy of the pulverizing system, therewith remarkably improving the system's operational quality.
