| 摘 要： | 介绍了纺纱胶辊表面粗糙度的涵义，分析了影响胶辊表面粗糙度的因素及胶辊表面粗糙度与成纱质量的关系；分析了胶辊磨砺设备、磨砺工艺和相关管理对胶辊磨砺质量的重要性；指出应根据不同硬度的胶辊和纺纱工艺需要，控制胶辊表面合理的粗糙度，其Ra值过大过小均不利于成纱质量。 |

Our Views on the Surface Roughness of Spinning Cots |

| Abstract: | Introduction is made to the surface roughness of spinning cots and aprons.Analysis is done to the factors effecting the surface roughness of cots and aprons,as well as the relationship of surface roughness of cots and aprons and the spinning quality. Analysis is also done to the importance of cot grinding equipments,grinding process and the related management on the grinding quality of cots.The paper concludes itself with the statement that roughness should be set in reason acc.to the different hardness of cots and the spinning process for better yarn quality. |
