CO气相合成草酸二乙酯的载体研究

摘    要:考察了不同类型和经不同温度处理的Al2 O3 载体对CO气相催化偶联制备草酸二乙酯反应的影响。研究了Al2 O3载体的比表面、孔容、孔分布、晶相和强度因素对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明 ,焙烧后Al2 O3 载体的比表面积和孔容减小 ,载体的强度增大 ;载体的比表面和孔结构影响催化剂的活性 ,在合适的孔径范围内 ,CO转化率随比表面和孔容的减小而增大

Abstract:This study put the emphasis on the effects of different type Al_2O_3 carriers and Al_2O_3 carriers treated under different calcination temperature on the synthesis of diethyl oxalate in gaseous phase. The influences of specific surface, pore volume, pore distribution, crystal phase and strength on the function of catalysts were investigated. The results indicated that the specific surface and the pore volume decreased but the strength increased after Al_2O_3 carriers being calcined, the specific surface and the pore structure influenced the activity of catalysts, and the conversion of carbon monoxide decreased with the specific surface and the pore volume decreased under appropriate pore radius.
