CB-11/CB-8重整催化剂二段装填在工业装置上的应用

摘    要:CB-11是由抚顺石化研究院研制的中铂含量催化剂,具有较低的Re/Pt比和较强的脱氢性,CB-8则具有较高的Re/Pt比和较好的选择性。CB-11/CB-8的两段装填工艺是一种较好的CB-5B/CB-8的替代工艺。本文通过CB-11/CB-8的两段装填在工业上的应用,并通过两次满负荷的标定,证明CB-11/CB-8组合工艺在工业装置上的应用取得成功。其产品辛烷值及液体收率均达到了设计要求,实践证明这种组合工艺具有较好的活性、选择性及再生性。

Abstract:CB 11,developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals(FRIPP),is a medium platinum reforming catalyst with low Re/Pt ratio and higher dehydrogenation activity;while CB 8 reforming catalyst(also developed by FRIPP)has higher Re/Pt ratio and better selectivity.CB 11/CB 8 two stage process is a good substitute for CB 5B/CB 8 combined process.Application of CB 11/CB 8 two stage process in industrial plant has been successful with octane number and liquid product yield up to the requirement of design.The combined process has exhibited good activity,selectiyity and regenerability in practice.
