巨噬细胞对磷酸三钙陶瓷人工骨的降解──体外研究

摘    要:将分离出的小鼠巨噬细胞与磷酸三钙陶瓷颗粒作体外混合培养,第7天测得培养液中Ca和P浓度明显高于单纯磷酸三钙陶瓷颗粒组培养液中Ca和P浓度(P<0.01);例置相差显微镜及扫描电镜观察发现巨噬细胞可伸出细小突起将磷酸三钙陶瓷颗粒包绕并吞噬入胞浆内,同时,一些突起则可紧密帜附于较大或致密颗粒团表面。这表明巨噬细胞以吞噬和细胞外吸收两种方式参与了磷酸三钙陶瓷的降解。

Abstract:When the isolated mice macrophages mixed with powder of tricalcium phosphate (TCP) ceramics were cultured,the both ca.p concentration in cultured fluid was higher than that of powder of TCP ceramics alone (P<0. 01 ) on the 7th day, The observation of inversive phase contrast microscope and SEM showed that macrophages wrapped TCP particles with small processes , then phasgocytized them into cytoplasm,and in the meanwhile,some processes of the macrophages covered the surfaces of both large particles and dense particle lumps. These results demonstrated that macrophages could take part in degradation of TCP ceramics by phagocytosis and extracellulcar resorption.
