大体积混凝土水管冷却的研究

摘    要:水管冷却是大体积混凝土的重要冷却方法。随着这种冷却方式的广泛采用,其冷却计算问题相继得到了解析解答,并做出了一些图表,本文用有限元法研究这个问题,分别对一、二期冷却问题进行了分析,提出了相应的计算公式,编制了通用电并程序,并对各种因素的影响进行了系统的分析。

Abstract:It was considered that the pipe cooling was a vital way to cool down the large-scale concrete.With its used-widely in practice analytic solutions to cooling problems in computation were carried as well as alignment charts.However, the existing alignment charts has some limits,such as needing curves extrapolation,and error was also over the standard.It is difficult to renew the alignment charts in analytical solution in mathematics.So we tried to apply the Finite Element Method(FEM)to solve this problem.In this paper,two stages (I,II)cooling problem were studied, and relevant equations were derived while all possible factors were considered.On the basis of these equations,an universal computer program was worked out. Furthermore,practical alignment charts were infered from to the calculating results,and the efficient fit curves were also given for the calculating temperature field in FEM and the designing in the civil Engineering.
