| 摘 要： | 基于CTI技术和计算机多媒体技术开发了多媒体电话语音系统。此系统运用OCX组件编程,在不影响通话质量的前提下自动进行实时监控录音,可适用于报警、急救、银行、报修、维护、咨询、监听等服务。

| Abstract: | Introduction to develop multimedia telephone voice system with CTI technology and computer multimedia technological.Using the component programming of OCX,the voice of telephone can be recorded automatically in real time without influencing communication quality,and the voice data will be preserved in the network DB.Under the environment of network,the voice of telephone can be browsed and played back at any time with time,person and outside line number etc,..The system can be suitable for such services as alarming,first aid, bank,reporting for repairment,maintaining,consulting,monitoring,etc. |
