丰满厂房桥机轨道梁的改造

针对丰满发电厂主厂房汽车吊无法进出厂房发动机层(半岛式)吊运构件和机组汛期不能停运的状况,提出了轨道梁逐跨拆装法和桥机架设回转悬臂吊吊运法.将该施工技术应用于桥机轨道梁改造施工,解决了吊运机械缺失、施工工期短、汛期机组持续运行等施工难题.

Modification of track beams of bridge crane for Fengman factory

Since cranemobile cannot enter and exit the engine plant(peninsula) to lift workpiece and units cannot be suspended in the flood season,this paper propose span-by-span disassembly and assembly and swinging by bridge crane with slewing suspension crane,which solve the problems in modification of track beams of bridge crane,such as lack of swinging equipments,time limit of project and continuous running of units in the flood season.
