紫外分光光度法检测黄瓜中丙森锌的残留

摘    要:确立了黄瓜中丙森锌残留量的分析方法。丙森锌酸解后释放的CS2经乙酸铜和二乙醇胺的乙醇溶液吸收,然后在435nm处用分光光度计进行测定。当添加量在0.10、0.50、5.0mg/kg时,平均回收率为87%-90%,变异系数在4.3%-10%之间,对黄瓜的最低检出浓度为0.10mg/kg。

Abstract:The method for the determination of propineb residue in cucumber was studied. The carbon disulfideliberated during the acid hydrolysis was absorbed in an ethanolic solution of Cu(CH3COOH)2 and diethanolamine.Recoveries from untreated control samples fortified with propineb at levels of 0.10, 0.50, 5.0mg/kg were 87 to 90%,and the coefficients of variation from 4.3 to 10%. The detectable concentration on cucumber was 0.10mg/kg forpropineb.
