翻车机程控系统技术改造

摘    要:扼要介绍华能井冈山电厂翻车机PLC程控系统,并对该系统2号翻车平台空车相撞出轨事故进行了分析,给出了相应的程控改进措施。改造后的翻车机PLC程控系统使用情况良好,保证了翻车机系统运行的安全性和稳定性。

Abstract:The situation of the PLC programcontrolled wagon tippler system in Huaneng Jingangshan power plant has been briefly presented, and the accident of NO.2 overturn platform occurred due to vacant wagon collision being analysed, and corresponding retrofit measures of the programcontroller being given. After retrofitting, the PLC programcontrolled wagon tippler worked well, ensuring safety and stability in operation of the wagon tippler system.
