钢-混凝土组合梁截面多目标优化设计及应用

摘    要:对于钢-混凝土组合梁,根据塑性中和轴所在位置,建立了数学模型,并在此基础上,采用多目标优化法对辽宁某黄金矿山氰化车间钢-混凝土组合梁截面尺寸进行了优化设计,优化设计组合梁造价比普通计算结果降低8. 0%,重量降低5. 8%,设计指标较为理想。该设计为钢-混凝土组合梁在各类选矿厂、车间各种平台及楼板等结构设计中的应用提供参考。

Abstract:Based on steel-concrete composite beam,mathematical model is set up according to plastic neutral axis location.Furthermore,multi-objective optimization method is used to carry out optimized design of steel-concrete composite beam section size in the cyanidation workshop of a gold mine in Liaoning.The construction cost of the optimized composite beam design is 8.0%lower than ordinary calculation results,the weight is 5.8%lower,and the design index is relatively good.The design provides reference for the application of steel-concrete composite beam in each kind of platforms and floors such as ore-dressing plant and workshop.
