摘    要:实验考察了粗金中含有的10种杂质元素对火试金重量法测定银量的影响。结果表明:试料中的铜、铁、镍、锌、铂、钯、硒、碲、锑、铋质量分数分别不高于20%、10%、5%、5%、0. 2%、0. 5%、5%、2%、2%、2%时,该方法测定结果的准确度和精密度符合要求;杂质元素含量超过上限量值时,可通过减少称样量及增加铅箔用量等措施提高方法的适用性。该研究为黄金冶炼企业粗金产品的质量控制、贸易计价等提供技术参考。

Abstract:The test investigates the influence of 10 impurity elements contained in the coarse gold on the silver analysis in coarse gold by fire assay gravimetric method.The results show that when the Cu,Fe,Ni,Zn,Pt,Pd,Se,Te,Sb,Bi mass fractions in the test samples are not higher than 20%,10%,5%,5%,0.2%,0.5%,5%,2%,2%,2%,the accuracy and precision of the analysis results of the method meet the requirement;when impurity element content exceeds the limit value,the applicability of the method can be improved by reducing sample weight and increasing lead foil dosage.The research can be used as technical reference for gold smelting enterprises to do quality control of coarse gold products and trade valuation.
