| 摘 要： | 国家电网公司“十一五”通信发展规划中的一项重点内容是骨干传输网规划。文章主要从电力系统光纤传输系统现状、“十一五”传输技术体制的选择、规划方案的设计思路等方面,对“十一五”传输网规划进行解读;实施集约化发展、精细化管理是通信发展面对的一项重要课题,结合公司发展要求,针对规划方案的实施提出初步设想。

| Abstract: | This paper interprets the transmission network plan in the 11th Five-Year Telecommunication Plan based on the current situation of optical fiber transmission system,the selection of the transmission technology as well as the design scheme.It also brings forward some tentative plan for the implementation of the transmission network plan combined with the requirement of the State Grid Corporation of China. |
