摘    要:基于受控性维护的思想,开发研制了基于现场总线的直流电源集中监控系统。着重介绍了系统各功能模块作用。针对蓄电池内阻检测中存在的大电流放电损害蓄电池寿命,提出了交流变频法检测蓄电池内阻的新方法,并用单片机MC68332完成了装置硬件设计,该方法具有设计体积小、对电池无损害、适合在线快速测量、性能价格比高等优点;依据灰色预测理论,提出了一种以蓄电池容量为依据的新陈代谢GM(1,1)灰色预测模型,该方法减少了放电实验次数,为蓄电池故障早期预测提供可靠依据,为判别蓄电池使用寿命期提供理论依据,具有更高的预测精度。

Abstract:Based on the concept of controllable maintenance,the centralized monitoring system of DC power supply is developed based on field bus.Its function modules are introduced.The variable AC frequency method is suggested in the detection of battery internal resistance to avoid battery lifetime damage by big discharge current.MC68332 is applied in its hardware design,which is small in size, safe to battery,suitable for fast online measuring,and good in performance-price ratio.According to gray forecast theory,a metabolic GM(1,1)gray forecast model based on battery capacity is proposed, which reduces the times of discharge experiments,provides the reliable basis for early battery fault prediction and supplies the theoretical basis for battery lifetime expectation with higher accuracy.
