| 摘 要： | 近年来，资料分析表明我国对软科学研究经费的投入大幅度增加，而软科学研究产出却出现滞缓甚至萎缩现象。通过运用定量定性相结合的分析方法，指出人才投入是目前软科学研究发展缓慢的瓶颈所在，并提出解决人才瓶颈的建议，为解开软科学研究发展滞缓现象的结症提供参考。不足之处在于只考虑影响产出的人才和经费两主要因素及样本数据不足，有待完善。

| Abstract: | Data analysis shows that the fund input of the soft science researches have increased substantially in China in recent years, but the output of the soft science researches have stagnated or even shrunk. Through the application of quantitative and qualitative analysis, it is pointed out that the talent is the bottleneck of the slow development of the soft science researches. Then some suggestions are made to promote the healthy and rapid development of the soft science researches. The weak point lies in talent and fund which need to be perfected. |
