摘    要:研究了铸锭底部强制冷却情况下,超声波对金属铸锭的除气效果,同时也考察了铸锭底部强制冷却对超声波处理的铸锭组织细化的影响,分析了超声波除气效果的原因。研究结果表明。采用超声波振动处理与铸锭底部强制冷却相结合的方法,可显著地降低铸锭内的含气量;随着超声处理时间的增加,铸锭的细化率急剧增加。

Abstract:The ultrasonic degassing effect with constrained cooling at the bottom of ingot was investigated. The effect of the constrained cooling on the structure of the ingots refined by ultrasopic was studied. The mechanism of ultrasonic degassing was analyzed. The results show, by using the method of ultrasonic degassing with constrained cooling in the bottom of the ingot, the value of porosity volume decreases obviously. The grain refinement rate of the ingots increases with the increase of ultrasonic application time.
