玄武岩纤维/植物纤维复合纸板及型体材料研究

摘    要:由玄武岩纤维和植物纤维制备复合纸板及型体材料。研究了复合材料的物理结构,认为该复合材料形成一种拓扑无序结构,可以近似用“无规网络模型”描述材料的结构。探讨了打浆度、玄武岩纤维含量等因素对复合材料性能的影响。由该复合材料可生产一次性餐、饮、盒具及农用育苗钵和衬垫包装材料等。该复合材料废弃后可以完全降解,玄武岩纤维分解后变为土壤的母质,对环境不造成二次污染。

Abstract:The composite paper board and shaped materials are prepared by basalt fiber and plant fiber and by adding suitable agents.The physical structure of the composite material is studied. The material is assumed to form a kind of topological random structure, the physical structure is approximately described as the model of random meshwork.The effects of the factors such as pulping degrees and the percentages of the basalt fibers etc on the strength of the composites are also discussed.The basalt fiber/ plant fiber composite materials can be used to produce disposable food or drinking containers,the bowls of seedbed for agriculture and packaging materials and so on.The shaped containers are characterized by the complete degradation of the organic component and by the proper decomposition into soils of the inorganic parts.Therefore the secondary environment pollution from this kind of materials can be prevented.
