电力电缆无线测温系统研究

摘    要:交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电力电缆具有无油、附属设备少、安装敷设和运行维护简单等优点,得到了越来越广泛应用。作为一种简便的电缆绝缘运行状态监测方法———电缆温度监测有利于及时发现XLPE电力电缆绝缘缺陷,防止事故发生,保证电缆的安全运行。在综合分析国内外电缆温度监测方法和技术研究现状的基础上,给出了缆芯温度和表面温度间关系以及电缆温度与载流量间关系的数学模型,详细论述了电缆温度无线监测系统的硬、软件设计,并就现场安装方案等问题进行了深入的研究。

Abstract:XLPE power cable has so many merits,such as oil-free,less auxiliary equipment,easy installation and operation maintenance,and has been widely used.Cable temperature monitoring can help identify the insulation defects of power cable,prevent fault occurring in time and ensure the safe operation of the cable,as the simple monitoring way of cable insulation operation.Based on the present research of cable temperature monitoring technologies and methods at home and abroad,the relationship between core temperature and surface temperature is studied,and the mathematical model of the relationship between the cable temperature and the current capacity is established.The design of hardware and software for wireless monitoring system is discussed in detail,and the on-site installation programs and other issues are also studied deeply.
