| 摘 要： | 从流程工业CIMS的三层结构模型(ERP/MES/PCS)出发,分析了物流平衡和数据校正在炼化企业综合自动化尤其是生产执行系统(MES)中的重要作用,并简要介绍了数据校正软件APC-DataPro的原理和功能。在数据综合集成和处理之后,通过数据校正软件对物流数椐进行了校正,并基于数据校正结果生成了物流平衡报表。该物流平衡系统已在某炼化企业生产执行系统中得到了应用,取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | The three-layer model (ERP/MES/PCS) of CIMS in process industry is introduced. And the important role of material balance and data reconciliation in enterprise integrated automation, especially in MES, is analysed, and the principle and functions of the APC-DataPro software is descriped. After data integrating and pre-conditioning, the mass-flow data are recon-ciliated with the software. And the material balance reports are developed via the results of data reconciliation. Finally, a case study of the material balance system in a petrochemical plant is given. |
