| Abstract: | The paper introduced overseas rural electrification development situation, then summaried the development process in China. Furthermore, it analyzed rural power utilization development trends and characteristics by combining construction objectives of socialist new rural electrification in China. At last, it proposed relating suggestions of accelerating new rural electrification construction. |
