基于DSP的真空断路器机械特性测试装置

摘    要:介绍了一种真空断路器机械特性测试装置的设计.采用数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407、ADC、模拟信号调理、光电隔离器件、传感器等组成真空断路器机械特性测试装置的测试系统;采用USB串行总线与上位机进行通信.给出了该测试装置的系统总体结构框图及各接口电路.该测试装置能测量真空断路器机械特性参数,并计算和显示相应时间的动触头运动速度和行程,以及相应行程动触头运动速度和时间.

Abstract:A design of the mechanical properties of vacuum circuit breaker test equipment was introduced, which adopted DSP TMS320LF2407, ADC, analog signal conditioning, photoelectric isolation devices, sensors, etc, to compose the system of the testing device, and adopted USB serial bus to communicate with the PC. Overall structure diagram and the interface circuit of the system of the mechanical testing device were expounded. This testing device can measure parameters of the mechanical properties of vacuum circuit breakers, calculate the velocity and distance of the corresponding period of the dynamic contacts and display the speed and time of the dynamic contacts.
