| 摘 要： | 房地产业是拉动我国经济增长的重要产业,但目前我国对房地产市场经济指标的研究方法中,定性研究多,定量研究少.本文对北京市房地产市场的现状进行了分析,利用计量经济学的方法对北京市房地产市场进行了定量研究,并对2007年北京市房地产的发展趋势进行了预测.

Therefore, the paper analyzes quantitatively the present status of Beijing real estate market by the econometric model, and forecasts the trend of development in 2007. |
