微波辅助法大规模提取藤茶中的二氢杨梅素

摘    要:研究了二氢杨梅素的微波辅助提取法和重结晶纯化法,提取实验中考虑了微波照射时间、加热时间和料液比等因素对提取率的影响,确定的最佳提取工艺条件为:微波照射时间为20 min;加热时间为50 min;料液比为1∶10,在此条件下二氢杨梅素的提取率为25.11%;纯化实验以水为结晶溶剂进行多次重结晶,结果表明可有效的除去二氢杨梅素的杂质,二氢杨梅素的含量由53.75%到95.75%。

Abstract:It was mainly stuied that the dihydromyricetin was extructed by Microwave_A-ssisted Extraction(MAE) and the recrystallize turns purely,the MAE confitions,such as the microwave irradiation time,the heat time,the ratio between material and water.were all studied to obtain maximum extraction yield the most suitable condition for the extraction were shown as follow: irradiation by microwave for 20 min,the ratio of liquid to solid 10:1,and the heat time for 50 min.under the optimal condition,the extraction of dihydronyricetin from ampelopsis can reach 25.11 %.The purification experiment results shown that the content of total flavonoids increased from 53.75 % to 95.75 % after recrystallizing by water for Several times,and the impurity could be removed effectively.
