摘    要:研究由RDX、聚氨酯黏合剂、键合剂组成的火药的内相容性,采用差示扫描量热法进行测定。测定不同加热速率下的峰温,通过峰温求得加热速率趋于零时试样的峰温Tp0、单独体系相对于混合体系分解峰温的改变量ΔTp及表观活化能改变率ΔE∶Ea,考察了键合剂、聚氨酯黏合剂与RDX之间的相容性。研究结果表明,键合剂、聚氨酯黏合剂与RDX的相容性均较差。

Abstract:The internal compatibility of the gunpowder composed of RDX,polyurethane binder and bonding agent was studied and determined by differential scanning calorimetry method.The peak temperature under different heating rates was determined,and the peak temperature of the sample(Tp0) when the heating rate tended to zero,the decomposition peak temperature variant(ΔTp) of the separated system relative to the mixed system,as well as the apparent activation energy change rate(ΔE:Ea) were obtained through the determined peak temperature.The compatibility of bonding agent and RDX,polyurethane binder and RDX was investigated.The research results show that the compatibility of bonding agent and RDX,polyurethane binder and RDX is all poor.
